Is this therapy?
No. InnerLight is not therapy and does not replace professional mental health support. It's a self-guided practice grounded in frameworks like IFS and somatic awareness, designed to complement your existing work or help you begin exploring inner-child patterns at your own pace.
Who is this for?
People doing emotional work, whether through therapy, journaling, or quiet self-reflection, who want a structured, private space to deepen that practice. If you've felt stuck, hypervigilant, or disconnected from parts of yourself, this was made for you.
Is it really free?
Free to start. The first days of the practice are completely free with no account required. A subscription (InnerLight Circle) unlocks the full 90-day journey. We do not gate safety features or basic functionality.
What happens after 90 days?
The 90-day curriculum is designed to be completed and returned to. After day 90, you retain full access to your journal, practices, and all content at your own pace.
How is my data protected?
InnerLight stores everything on your device. Journal entries are encrypted. There are no accounts, no analytics, no third-party tracking SDKs. If you enable iCloud sync, data travels through your private iCloud container. We never see it.
Can I use this alongside therapy?
Absolutely. Many users use InnerLight between therapy sessions as a way to stay connected to their inner work. It is not a substitute for professional support, and we encourage anyone in crisis to seek qualified help.
